BOULDER CITY, Nev. (AP) - Boulder City is going to charge $5 per vehicle this year for fireworks show parking during the 61st Annual Damboree Festival. Parks and Recreation Director Roger Hall says streets near the Broadbent Memorial Park swimming pool will be closed to non-parade vehicles starting Friday night. And no parking will be allowed on the traditional Avenue B "wet zone" where people like to use water balloons, squirt guns and hoses.
