NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP) - North Las Vegas police say they've
identified a man they're seeking for questioning in the shooting death of a 51-year-old man a week ago.

Detective Sgt. Justin Ryan said Friday that Joseph Fleming is believed to have been one of several people who confronted the victim in a robbery gone bad at an apartment at 2125 Las Vegas Blvd. North.

The Clark County coroner says the victim, Thomas Bruce Buster,
died Oct. 3 of multiple gunshot wounds.

Ryan says Fleming lives in North Las Vegas. His age wasn't
immediately available.
