LAS VEGAS (AP) - The puppet-toting second-season winner of NBC's
"America's Got Talent" is getting a new gig - a headline show replacing a Las Vegas legend.

Ventriloquist and impersonator Terry Factor, who won $1 million last year by impressing judges in the television variety contest with portrayals of Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole and Kermit the Frog, is expected to be introduced Tuesday as the new headline act at The
Mirage.

Factor replaces longtime Vegas staple Danny Gans, who is moving
across the Strip to become the new headliner at Encore. Gans' show
is expected to open early next year.
