HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) - A fire in a main roadway in Henderson has
traffic snarled near the junction of U.S. 95 and the 215 Beltway.

Police the NHP have closed Lake Mead Parkway at Fiesta Way while
firefighters work to douse flames.

No word yet about the nature of the fire or if there are any injuries.

Officials say traffic will be diverted for several hours.

On- and off-ramps from U.S. 95 to Lake Mead Parkway are closed,
and east-bound traffic on the Beltway is being diverted onto U.S.
95.
