Top Sirloin Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, and Baby Carrots
Ingredients Needed:
Meatloaf

  • 5 lbs Ground Top Sirloin
  • 5 Whole Eggs, beaten
  • 3 Cups Mushrooms, chopped
  • ½ Cup Onions, chopped ¼ inch
  • ¼ Cup Garlic, minced
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Worstcheshire Sauce
  • ¼ Cup Chili Sauce, such as Sirracha
  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • Salt and Black Pepper



Potatoes
    :
  • ¼ lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • ½ Cup Grated Horseradish
  • 1 Cup Soft Butter
  • Salt and White Pepper



Baby Carrots
    :
  • 32 Baby Carrots
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • 2 Ounces Butter
  • ½ Cup Water
  • Salt and White Pepper
Directions:
Meatloaf:
Cook onion and garlic with the butter until done.
Add fresh thyme leaves and mushrooms. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Let cool off and mix with all other ingredients.
Place mixture in oiled loaf pans and cook in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Mashed Potatoes:
Cook potatoes (do not peel, just brush clean) in salted water until done.
Drain and mash in large pot with all other ingredients or press through a food mill.

Baby Carrots:
Cook carrots with all other ingredients until water is evaporated or until done.
