A Louisville, Kentucky father is behind bars after his three young daughters brought drugs to school.

Shawn Smith is accused of putting baggies of drugs in his kids' backpacks.

Police say Smith's second grader told her teacher about the drugs.
And they add that the baggies were packaged as if to sell. Smith is charged with wanton endangerment and endangering the welfare of a minor.

The judge ordered Smith not to have contact with his children.
