LAS VEGAS (AP) - Police are questioning a woman about a stabbing at a second-floor apartment several miles west of downtown Las Vegas.
Police Lt. Mark Reddon tells the Las Vegas Sun that a wounded woman was taken in critical condition to University Medical Center after officers arrived about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the apartment near the Meadows Mall.
According to reports, the woman was stabbed during an argument with her son's girlfriend.
Police said the girlfriend wasn't immediately arrested.
