LAS VEGAS (AP) - A 39-year-old Las Vegas woman has been ordered to prison after authorities say she lied about providing services to a Medicaid recipient.

Officials with the Nevada Attorney General's Office say Sherice Joann Williams was sentenced Monday to one to four years in prison. She's also being ordered to pay nearly $10,000 in restitution and fines.

Investigators say they got a tip that Williams was turning in false Medicaid claims but not providing behavioral health services to a client during the spring of 2012.

She was charged with felony Medicaid fraud.
