LAS VEGAS (AP) - Officials say Las Vegas will host International Equestrian Federation World Cup Finals show jumping and dressage championships in April 2015.
Las Vegas Events Inc. chief Pat Christenson announced Wednesday the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping Final and the Reem Acra FEI World Cup Dressage Final will be held over five days at the Thomas & Mack Center at UNLV.
The events will mark the sixth time Las Vegas has hosted FEI World Cup finals in one or both of the Olympic equestrian disciplines.
Las Vegas Events says the five-day combined events in 2005, 2007 and 2009 drew an average total of nearly 90,000 spectators.
Since 2009, world championships in both events have been held in Europe.
Ticket information will be announced at a later date.
