LAS VEGAS (AP) - A Las Vegas doctor has been indicted on charges he sexually assaulted a 68-year-old female patient.
A grand jury on Friday indicted Dr. Mane Shah on one count each of sexual assault and attempted sexual assault and two counts of open or gross lewdness.
North Las Vegas police arrested Shah in January after a woman reported he sexually assaulted her during a physical exam at North Vista Hospital last November.
Shah, who has denied the allegations, is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 8.
