LAS VEGAS, NV - A man accused of fatally shooting a man in 2012 was found in San Diego and returned to Las Vegas.
Jessie Arredondo, 32, was the suspect in the shooting death of Daniel Garcia after a confrontation involving multiple suspects outside a convenience store.
The shooter, now identified as Jesse Arrendondo-Mariscal, supposedly asked Garcia where he was from. When Garcia replied "Blythe", he was shot several times. Three men then fled the scene.
Arredondo was arrested in San Diego on the murder charge, according to the Clark County District Attorney's Office.
