LAS VEGAS (AP) - Two men accused of killing a high school student who refused to let go of his iPad are expected to have an arraignment hearing next week.
A grand jury indicted 21-year-old Michael Samuel Solid and 18-year-old Jacob "Jake" Dismont on Wednesday.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the arraignment is scheduled for June 13.
Solid and Dismont are accused of conspiracy, murder and robbery in the May 16 death of 15-year-old Marcos Vicente Arenas several blocks from Bonanza High School. Each could face life in prison if convicted.
Police call the case a fatal example of grab-and-run personal computer thefts sometimes dubbed "Apple picking."
