LAS VEGAS (AP) - A 21-year-old accused gunman and an alleged getaway driver have been indicted in the killing of a 75-year-old woman who was allegedly pistol-whipped and shot in the head during a home invasion robbery in a northwest Las Vegas home.
Charges handed up Tuesday accuse Bayzle Dylan Morgan of first-degree murder, burglary, robbery and kidnapping, and 46-year-old Keith Puniwai Smith of burglary and conspiracy in the May 21 death of Jean Main.
Prosecutor Giancarlo Pesci told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that blood with DNA matching Morgan was found in the Green Pasture Avenue home.
Police reported finding items allegedly taken in the robbery during Morgan's arrest May 30.
Morgan is held without bail at the Clark County jail. Smith is jailed on $50,000 bail.
They're due for arraignment July 2.
