LAS VEGAS (AP) - Police say a teenager was shot in the head in
an apparent road rage incident after a Las Vegas car crash.
Authorities say a teen driving a truck got in a minor accident
with a Jeep driver in his 30s about 5 p.m. Tuesday at the
intersection of Sunset Road and McLeod Drive, near McCarran
International Airport.
Police say the teenager drove away from the scene, and the Jeep
driver followed him and blocked his truck in a parking lot.
The teen's truck struck the Jeep, and police say the Jeep driver
pulled out a gun and shot him.
The Jeep driver was arrested.
Officials say the teen was alert as emergency crews took him to
Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center. Police say his injuries don't
appear to be life-threatening.
