LAS VEGAS (AP) - An Olympic gymnast, a fashion designer and a former beauty queen are among seven people set to judge the Miss America competition next month in Las Vegas.
The panel announced Wednesday on "Good Morning America" will be judging contestants during preliminary competitions and at the finals, set for Jan. 12 at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
The judges include gold medal-winning gymnast McKayla Maroney, Miss America 2009 Katie Stam Irk, and fashion designer Bradley Bayou, who's a member of Oprah's "Glam Squad."
Others include professional dancer Cheryl Burke of "Dancing with the Stars" fame, weather anchor Sam Champion from "Good Morning America," longtime "Entertainment Tonight" host Mary Hart, and Daymond John of the show "Shark Tank."
