LAS VEGAS (AP) - The Professional Bull Riders World Finals will be staying in Las Vegas for at least another three years.
Officials from the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority have announced a sponsorship renewal for the event that's been hosted in the city since 1993.
Bull riders from around the world come to Las Vegas to compete for a total purse of more than $2 million, including a $1 million bonus from Ford Trucks for the world champion.
This year's event at the Thomas & Mack Center is expected to bring 70,000 people to Las Vegas and generate an estimate $15 million in revenue for the area, not counting gambling money.
