Police Investigate Woman's Death
NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP) - Police in North Las Vegas say they're investigating a woman's death more than two weeks after she was hospitalized following a reported domestic disturbance.
The domestic disturbance call happened around 1 p.m. on Aug. 10.
Police say they called for medical help for 40-year-old Beverly E. McFarlane and she was taken to University Medical Center.
McFarlane died at the hospital on Saturday. Police said Wednesday they're still awaiting the autopsy results but are seeking the public's help in the case.
