LAS VEGAS (AP) - A 54-year-old man faces a murder charge after police say he attacked another man on a Las Vegas Strip pedestrian walkway in September.
Joseph G. Hyde was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on Tuesday. He's set to appear in court on Thursday.
A witness told police she saw two men who appeared to be homeless arguing on a bridge between the MGM Grand and New York New York casinos on Sept. 14.
She told officers one man punched the other and shoved him to the ground, where he went unconscious.
Police say victim Michael Burtosky was taken to the hospital and died of a head injury three days later.
Witnesses who were shown a photo line-up identified Hyde as the suspect.
