LAS VEGAS (AP) - O.J. Simpson is back in a Las Vegas courtroom for Day 4 of his bid for a new trial on his 2008 conviction in a hotel room heist involving two sports memorabilia dealers.
A lawyer who has hounded O.J. Simpson for years to collect a civil judgment after the 1994 killings of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman is among those due to testify Thursday.
Simpson was acquitted in the 1995 "trial of the century" in Los Angeles.
But a jury returned a $33.5 million civil wrongful-death judgment against him in 1997.
David Cook has been trying to collect since 2006.
He'll testify for the state about ownership of items taken in the 2007 Las Vegas heist and address Simpson's claim that he was out to retrieve personal belongings.
