LAS VEGAS (AP) - Authorities have now released the names of all four people killed after a car plowed into a bus stop.
The Clark County Coroner identified the dead as 49-year-old Johnni Lee Garner; 24-year-old Gerber Herman Ayala-Tomasino, Jr.; 65-year-old Margoth Gonzalez; and 47-year-old Hyon Cooley.
Eight other people were injured in the Thursday morning crash, including three others at the bus stop and all five people in the car. Their injuries ranged from minor to critical.
The driver, 23-year-old Gary Lee Hosey of Las Vegas, faces four counts of driving under the influence resulting in death.
Police say Hosey was arrested last year for marijuana possession, obstructing a police officer and lewd or lascivious conduct. Earlier this year, he was arrested for marijuana possession, theft and conspiracy to commit theft. Court officials say prosecutors didn't file charges in those cases.
