LAS VEGAS (AP) - Las Vegas police say an estranged husband fatally shot his wife's male acquaintance and then turned the gun on himself in a murder-suicide.
Police say the woman was at a Sunland Avenue house Friday afternoon with the male acquaintance and her three children when her estranged husband kicked in the front door and entered the home.
After fleeing with her children, the woman reported to police that her husband had a gun.
A SWAT team later arrived and found the bodies of the two men inside the home.
Their names were not immediately released.
The woman and her children escaped unharmed.
The case is under investigation.
