NORTH LAS VEGAS, Nev. (AP) - North Las Vegas police are investigating an accident that injured an officer on a motorcycle.
Police say the unidentified officer suffered non-life threatening injuries about 9:30 p.m. Sunday when he was struck by another vehicle at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue.
Police say the officer was working a normal patrol and traveling northbound on MLK. Investigators say a white Saturn was stopped at the red light at Cheyenne, when the vehicle rolled into the intersection, hitting the officer.
Police have not indicated if any charges will be filed
