LAS VEGAS (AP) - Officials in Las Vegas say McCarran International Airport handled more passengers in October than a year earlier.

Total airport traffic up 0.2 percent for the first ten months of 2013, compared with the same period last year.
Domestic traffic was up 0.9 percent in October, while the number of passengers flying internationally increased by 1.7 percent. Domestic carriers make up about 90 percent of traffic.
Of the top five airlines serving the airport, Delta Air Lines saw the biggest passenger gain in October.
