LAS VEGAS (AP) - A 29-year-old man accused of fatally shooting one man and injuring another man in Las Vegas has been arrested.
Elias Ramirez-Lopez was arrested Thursday on charges of murder, attempted murder and battery.
He's accused of killing 46-year-old Jeffrey Hand and leaving the other man with injuries that were not life threatening.
Police say Ramirez-Lopez and Hand were in an alleyway with a group of people when a fight started. The suspect pulled out a gun and fired at the two men.
Hand's body was found in an apartment.
Community activists held an anti-violence rally Friday night near the area where the shootings took place.
