LAS VEGAS (AP) - Police say a 20-year-old man has turned himself in after a shooting in a Las Vegas apartment that left one man dead and his roommate injured.

Authorities say they were called to Orland Street just after midnight on Tuesday and found the two victims.

Officials say suspect Rolandis Summers surrendered in the afternoon and was booked on suspicion of murder, attempted murder and burglary.

Summers' mother told police she had been in a relationship with the man who died and was in an argument with him when Summers came into the apartment.

Summers told officers the man yelled at him and made a gang reference before Summers shot him in alleged self-defense.
