LAS VEGAS (AP) - A grand jury has indicted a 54-year-old man for murder almost a year after his alleged victim's body was found near a rural desert road outside Las Vegas.
Authorities said Friday they've issued a warrant for the arrest of Blazenko Jurasek. Police believe he's responsible for killing 56-year-old Dragan Rnic Sr. almost three years ago.
Rnic was last seen driving a white Honda Odyssey on Dec. 1, 2009. The abandoned minivan was found a day later on a rural road in Mountain Springs, a desert area about 30 miles west of Las Vegas.
Police then found the body in October 2011 in the desert area where the van had been abandoned.
In January, police announced the case was being investigated as a homicide and Jurasek was a suspect.
