LAS VEGAS (AP) - A 20-year-old Las Vegas man is facing murder, attempted murder and burglary charges in a September double shooting that left his mother's boyfriend dead and another man wounded.
An indictment filed Wednesday accuses Rolandis Summers of killing Anthony Merritt with a gunshot to the head and wounding Antoine Bronson. He was shot in the leg.
Court records show that Summers is due for arraignment Dec. 12 ub Clark County District Court.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that Merritt and Bronson were shot Sept. 10 inside an apartment near U.S. 95 and Jones Boulevard.
Police say the shooting happened while Bronson, Merritt and Merritt's girlfriend, Antressa Summers, argued over money and drugs.
Rolandis Summers said he fired the shots in fear and self-defense.
