LAS VEGAS (AP) - Las Vegas police say a 2-year-old boy was struck by a car after falling out of a sport utility vehicle.
The toddler was taken to Sunrise Trauma Center with serious injuries.
Police say the boy was improperly restrained in an SUV and fell out of the vehicle around 6 p.m. Sunday near Russell Road and Palm Street.
The child then darted across Russell Road and was hit by a 2003 Chrysler minivan.
