LAS VEGAS (AP) - Jury selection resumes Monday for the trial of a 43-year-old Las Vegas woman accused of plotting with her brother and her adopted son to have her estranged husband killed in a drive-by highway shooting.

Amy Denise Pearson could face 91 years in prison if she's convicted of the eight charges against her, including attempted murder, solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy.

She has pleaded not guilty.

The Nov. 14, 2012, shooting wounded Robert Bessey as he drove on Interstate 15 near Las Vegas.

She's accused of enlisting her 22-year-old adopted son, Michael Bessey, and her ex-convict brother, Richard William Pearson, to kill Robert Bessey so she could collect on a $250,000 insurance policy.

Richard Pearson and Michael Bessey face trial Feb. 24.
