LAS VEGAS (AP) - A Las Vegas judge is viewing a video and hearing testimony before deciding whether two men will face trial in state court on felony charges in the stabbing of tourist last month in a Las Vegas Strip resort elevator.

Trent Wilcox and Carlos Heredia are facing attempted murder and battery charges in the 2 a.m. Feb. 16 attack on an upper floor at The Hotel at Mandalay Bay.

Justice of the Peace Conrad Hafen viewed the videotape showing Wilcox holding a California tourist, Eric Miller, while Heredia stabs him.

But the video also shows Miller's wife, Diane Androvich, pushing and kicking at Wilcox and Heredia before the knife attack.

According to testimony and police, everyone in the elevator had been drinking.

Androvich testified she felt threatened before the stabbing.
