LAS VEGAS (AP) - All four corrections officers involved in a struggle that left a Clark County jail inmate dead have been identified.
Police say David Aspiazu, Bradley Temple, Patrick Gray and Eugene Dixon all have been with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for at least a decade.
They were placed on routine paid leave during an internal investigation.
Police say an inmate who went unconscious after struggling with the officers died at a hospital Wednesday, more than a week after the confrontation.
Authorities say 38-year-old Luis Solano was being uncooperative Feb. 25 and struggled with the officers who were trying to subdue him for about three minutes.
His cause of death hasn't been released.
Police say Solano was in custody on suspicion of trafficking cocaine and possessing marijuana with intent to sell.
