BOULDER CITY, Nev. (AP) - A judge in Boulder City decided there is enough evidence for a 42-year-old former southern Nevada foster care worker to stand trial in state court on three felony lewdness charges in a workplace sexual assault case.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that Justice of the Peace Victor Miller ordered Aldrin West on Tuesday to appear July 31 in Clark County District Court in Las Vegas.
West also uses the name Adrian West. He's being held in jail on $4,000 bail.
He's accused of fondling a female co-worker and himself at St. Jude's Ranch for Children.
West's deputy public defender, R. Roger Hillman, says West denies the allegations and will plead not guilty.
St. Jude's in Boulder City is licensed by the Clark County Department of Family Services.
