LAS VEGAS (AP) - A prosecutor has resumed questioning a former Las Vegas Strip dancer who admits killing his ex-girlfriend, but has suggested that it was his roommate who dismembered the body.

Jason Omar Griffith returned to the witness stand Monday in his trial in the December 2010 slaying of Deborah Flores Narvaez.

Griffith maintains they had a violent relationship, and that he killed Flores in self-defense. He testified he thought Flores had a gun.

Griffith left the impression Friday that his roommate, Louis Colombo, dismembered Flores' body so it could fit in two plastic tubs of concrete.

Flores was reported missing when she failed to show up for work in the Luxor hotel-casino's racy "Fantasy" revue.

Her cement-entombed remains were found in January 2011.

Griffith performed in the Cirque du Soleil show "Love."
