LAS VEGAS (AP) - A court date was reset for a Las Vegas strip club dancer jailed on charges that she was driving drunk and high on marijuana after work in a crash that killed a 33-year-old man.

A prosecutor said Thursday a judge postponed Shauna Diane Miller's preliminary hearing until June 13 at her lawyer's request.

Miller is accused of having a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit and a blood marijuana level more than five times the limit when the Hummer she was driving plowed into a Ford Escort a little before 7:30 a.m. March 23.

The crash killed 33-year-old James White. His son, in a car seat, received minor injuries.

Miller told police she took Xanax the night before, and drank two beers at work while at work overnight.
