LAS VEGAS (AP) - Authorities have identified a 37-year-old man who died after being punched in the face during a barbecue in Las Vegas.
Clark County coroner's officials say Kary Wells was pronounced dead at Sunrise Trauma Center shortly after the confrontation about 9 p.m. Friday. Officials haven't released a cause of death.
Police say Wells was barbecuing with two neighbors in the courtyard of an apartment complex on East Charleston Boulevard when two males approached.
Investigators say the two shouted at him and one person punched him in the face. The pair then fled.
Police described one suspect as a black male in his early- to mid-twenties with long hair and a tattoo on his neck. The second suspect is described as a black male in his late teens or early twenties.
