LAS VEGAS (AP) - Members of the Blue Man Group are taking a 7,000 foot leap to celebrate the start of their new show at the Monte Carlo resort on the Las Vegas Strip.
The skydivers jumping Wednesday morning have been trained by members of the Red Bull Air Force and plan to land about 10 a.m.
The new show starts running Wednesday evening, after another Blue Man production ended its run at The Venetian resort last month.
Blue Man Group co-founder Chris Wink says the new production aims to take risks and "do something different."
Show officials describe it as a combination of science, comedy, music and vibrant visual effects.
