The man accused of opening fire inside the New York, New York Hotel and Casino was indicted yesterday.
Steven Zegrean is facing dozens of criminal charges including attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and carrying a concealed weapon.
In July, witnesses say Zegrean fired a number of shots from a semiautomatic handgun. Four people were injured.
Police say Zegrean was depressed and trying to provoke a confrontation with police.
Prosecutors told a judge Wednesday that he had more than 200 bullets on him at the time he was captured.
Judge Kathy Hardcastle agreed to raise bail from $1.5 million to $3 million.
Zegrean is expected to be arraigned later this month.
He attorney has said he will enter a not guilty plea.
