Casino giant Harrah's Entertainment says its foundation will donate $30 million to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
It's the largest corporate gift in the school's history.
Some $25 million will pay for half of the cost of an academic building that will anchor the proposed INNovation Village facility.
The other $5 million will be dedicated to research, recruitment, training and education.
The village is planned to be built on 6.8 acres of land and will have a fully operational hotel, restaurants, and a convention center.
It is being planned to serve 4,000 students and 100 faculty members.
The university has not set a construction date for the village because it has not raised enough money to build it yet.
