Health screening might be falling short for some workers at the Nevada Test Site.
That's according to a Department of Energy audit released yesterday on conditions at the former nuclear test site.
The report found some workers were not being screened for exposure to radiological elements even though they were assigned to screening programs.
Others were tested even though it was unclear whether they needed to be because records were spotty.
Inspectors warned that the problems could make it difficult for the government to weigh future health claims by employees.
A test site spokesmam say the site plans to improve its documentation.
