LAS VEGAS (AP) - Health officials say they've confirmed a seventh human case of West Nile virus in southern Nevada.

The Southern Nevada Health District says Tuesday that a 29-year-old man has been diagnosed with the less serious form of the illness, but hasn't been hospitalized.

West Nile has already been blamed in the death of 75-year-old woman in Clark County in recent weeks, and five other people have been diagnosed with the virus this year.

Four deaths in Clark County have been linked to West Nile virus since 2003.

The health district has identified West Nile-positive mosquitoes in the 89011, 89121, and 89141 ZIP codes in the Henderson and Las Vegas areas, and the 89029 ZIP code in Laughlin.

They previously found them in the 89145 and 89107 ZIP codes in Las Vegas.
