LAS VEGAS (AP) - A judge set a June 1 preliminary hearing for a man accused of bludgeoning a waiter to death outside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip.
Bryan Hall acknowledged the murder and robbery with a deadly weapon charges against him but was not asked to enter a plea during an initial court appearance Monday.
The 28-year-old Hall is accused of killing 27-year-old Bradley Flamm after Flamm left work at Tevi restaurant.
Police say Flamm was beaten beyond recognition with a grapefruit-sized rock and left dead early May 11 in some bushes outside an employee entrance to the Forum Shops.
Hall used to work at the same restaurant, but police say they don't know a motive for the attack.
