BOULDER CITY, Nev. (AP) - Investigators say road rage may have led to a two-vehicle crash that injured three people and closed part of a highway through Railroad Pass for several hours.
Boulder City police say all three people were treated and released from hospitals after the Monday morning wreck involving a 1998 Honda CRV and a 2005 Chevrolet Impala on U.S. Highway 93 near U.S. Highway 95.
Police say 27-year-old Ashley Lombardi of Boulder City, driving the CRV, swerved into the Impala driven by 66-year-old Ward Laughlin of Boulder City.
Both vehicles crashed into the median, and both drivers and a passenger in the Impala, 64-year-old Kathleen Laughlin of Boulder City, were hurt.
Police closed northbound U.S. 93 for more than two hours during the investigation. No charges were immediately filed against either driver.
