LAS VEGAS (AP) - State health officials are reporting seven more people have tested positive for swine flu virus in the Las Vegas area, bringing the number of confirmed cases in Nevada to 21.
The Nevada Health Division says there haven't been any deaths in the state attributed to the H1N1 virus, and the severity of illness for those affected has generally been mild.
The Southern Nevada Health District says it's still collecting information about the seven new cases.
Health officials previously reported 14 swine flu cases in Clark County, four in Reno, two in Carson City and one in Lyon County.
