HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) - The Henderson City Council fired the city's first female city manager last night, after blaming her for an administrative style that one councilman called "a culture of fear." Mary Kay Peck was given her walking papers after 18 months heading the state's second-largest city. An assistant, Mark Calhoun, was named acting city manager.
