Thousands of Students Forced to Change Schools

LAS VEGAS (AP) - The vote is done. Almost 13,000 Las Vegas-area
students will have to change schools next fall. Parents pleaded
with Clark County school trustees last night not to approve the
rezoning plan. But district officials say they have to change
boundaries to balance the number of students at overcrowded and
under-capacity campuses.
