LAS VEGAS (AP) - The defendant in a Las Vegas child molestation
case has been warned by the judge about making outbursts in court.
Chester Arthur Stiles blurted out during testimony Friday that
he thought jailhouse letters being read to the jury were "all
taken out of context."
Stiles' letters appeared to acknowledge making "horrible
decisions," but denied he was a sexual predator.
Clark County District Court Judge Jennifer Togliatti judge has
warned Stiles that he faces disciplinary sanctions if he disrupts
the trial again.
Stiles is accused of sexually assaulting two girls. He faces
life in prison for 22 felony charges of child sex assault and
