Former Harrah's Exec Named to IGT Board

LAS VEGAS (AP) - A former chief executive of Harrah's
Entertainment Inc. has been elected to the board of directors at
International Game Technology.
IGT announced the appointment of Phil Satre on Wednesday.
The 59-year-old Satre spent 25 years with Harrah's, including 10
years as CEO during which the company expanded beyond Nevada.
Harrah's operates 50 casinos in six countries, including eight
on the Las Vegas Strip.
IGT is the largest manufacturer of slot machine for the casino
industry.
