Nevada Judge's Son Freed Pending Charges in Crash

LAS VEGAS (AP) - The teenage son of a Nevada judge was free on
house arrest pending completion by Henderson police of an investigation of a crash that killed a 15-year-old girl.

Judge William Voy ordered 16-year-old Michael Mosley released on house arrest Monday following a Clark County Family Court hearing
with his mother, Terry Mosley, and father, Clark County District Court Judge Donald Mosley.

Michael Mosley had been held in juvenile hall following his arrest Nov. 14 on suspicion of drunken driving and possessing a spring-loaded knife.

Police say Mosley was driving a pickup truck and street racing with another pickup that crashed in the Anthem neighborhood, killing Olivia Hytena.

Donald Mosley disputed claims his son was street racing, citing accounts by three teen witnesses.
