HENDERSON, Nev. (AP) - Two men have been indicted on multiple felony charges alleging they fired shots at a gang rival in January outside the Galleria at Sunset mall in Henderson.

The Las Vegas Sun reports the Friday indictment in Clark County District Court accuses 26-year-old Ellis Alfred Banks and 28-year-old Marquell Dwayne Scott of firing multiple shots at 23-year-old Lionel Bowen on Jan. 26.

Police say Bowen was wounded in the elbow.

Banks was arrested Thursday and jailed in Henderson.

Scott was arrested July 24 and is being held at the Clark County jail.

Police say Scott, Bowen and their associates had multiple confrontations in recent years including a 2009 fight at the Eastside Cannery casino, a shooting at the Silver Miner's Casino and a 2011 shooting at a strip club.
