LAS VEGAS (AP) - A man and a woman are dead and police are looking for at least one assailant after a shooting in an apartment east of the Las Vegas Strip.
Police Officer Laura Meltzer said Monday that officers found a door open when they responded to a report of gunshots a little after 9 a.m. Sunday at the Bonita Terrace Apartments on Paradise Road near Sahara Avenue.
Homicide detectives were summoned after Meltzer says a man and woman were found dead inside.
Their names weren't immediately made public.
There was no immediate information about an assailant.
